Picture it: golden hour over Bryant Park, you just wrapped a Pilates class that left your shoulders looser than they’ve been in months, you have something sparkling in hand, half-listening to the woman next to you talk about the apartment she’s saving for while another shares how she finally opened her first investment account. Nobody’s checking their phone. Nobody’s in a rush to leave. This, it turns out, is what building wealth without burnout actually feels like.
On September 10, we’re taking over a rooftop at Bank of America’s New York offices overlooking Bryant Park for Financial Glow-Up: Building Wealth Without Burnout, an intimate evening of movement, wellness, and money talk to celebrate the launch of BofA Rewards™. We’re keeping the guest list limited, so it’ll feel less like an event and more like a really good excuse to hit pause with a small group of like-minded women—and it’s free!!

What’s in store
- Private mat pilates with Gabby George, Founder of GGStudio, kicking off the night with movement and good energy. No experience necessary!
- Wellness food & drinks—think smoothies, healthy bites, and a grab-and-go snack bar to take with you. Plus, plenty of time to mingle on the rooftop.
- A live fireside chat with Josie Santi, Senior Wellness Editor and Host of The Everygirl Podcast, going deeper on what it really looks like to build wealth without burning out. As Josie puts it: “Real It Girls build wealth, not because they’re obsessed with money, but because they understand that money creates freedom. It gives you options. It lets you say yes to the life you actually want.”
- Guided meditation to close things out before you head back into the city.
- A loaded gift bag with an exclusive tote, pilates socks, yoga mat, and more.

Want a preview of the conversation?
Josie recently sat down with Holly O’Neill, President of Retail Banking at Bank of America, on the podcast to talk about what financially confident women do differently.
Holly’s advice on the one habit to start this month: saving, even if it’s small. “If you’re not at 20%, or $20… I’m gonna up the ante to $5,” she said. “It’s a cup of coffee.” She also pushed back on the idea that it’s ever too late to start: “No amount is too small.”
